Workflow
1. Authorise TikTok Shop
Start authorisation in shop management and complete the confirmation in TikTok Shop.

Choose a shop to sync products. Entering or refreshing orders syncs pending-to-ship orders from authorised shops.
3. Confirm warehouse fulfilment
The seller sends eligible orders to a partner warehouse, which picks and ships according to the fulfilment type.

What data syncs from TikTok Shop?
Within the approved scope, the service can sync shop details, products and SKU variants, pending orders, recipient and logistics details, order amounts and fulfilment time windows.
Why can’t every TikTok order be sent to the warehouse?
Orders do not enter warehouse picking when stock is insufficient, the order status is not fulfilment-ready or TikTok fulfils the order itself.
