Order fulfilment

Turn pending orders into clear, executable warehouse work.

DepotKeeper keeps orders, inventory, owners, pick lists and logistics in one fulfilment path for small teams handling daily dispatch.

Key capabilities

Central order handling

After a seller sends an order to the warehouse, it shows dispatch deadlines, logistics, amount and recipient information to make the next action clear.

Guided picking

Create pick lists from eligible orders to consolidate work by bin, with SKU images, variants and related order numbers.

Clear fulfilment types

Seller shipping, TikTok platform shipping and Fulfilled by TikTok are shown separately. Fulfilled by TikTok orders do not enter partner-warehouse picking.

Workflow

1. Send the order to the warehouse

The seller confirms the order is ready for fulfilment. The system checks available stock before the warehouse receives it.

2. Assign or create a pick list

Administrators can assign owners. Eligible operators can process their own work or unassigned work under the warehouse task setting.

3. Complete the right shipping flow

Seller shipping records the carrier and tracking number. Platform shipping uses the platform’s available handover method.

Questions and answers

What happens if an order has insufficient stock?

Available stock is checked before it is sent to the warehouse. Replenish or adjust stock before continuing fulfilment.

Why do Fulfilled by TikTok orders not enter the warehouse?

TikTok completes fulfilment for those orders. DepotKeeper syncs status but does not send them to the partner warehouse for picking or shipping.
