Seller collaboration

Let sellers own products, shops and plans while warehouses focus on execution.

DepotKeeper gives sellers a workspace for products, TikTok Shop authorisation, inbound forecasts, orders and inventory, connected to partner warehouses through invitations.

Key capabilities

Seller-owned products

Sellers can maintain parent products and SKU variants or sync them from an authorised TikTok Shop.

Connect shops by authorisation

Sellers authorise TikTok Shop in shop management, view shop details and authorisation validity, and sync operational data by shop.

Shared operational status

Sellers see stock, orders, partner warehouse contact information and inbound differences awaiting confirmation. Sellers receive a notification after warehouse receipt.

Workflow

1. Accept a warehouse invitation

Activate the account and establish the seller-to-warehouse relationship.

2. Authorise a shop and maintain products

Authorise TikTok Shop, choose a shop to sync products and SKU variants, or create inbound forecasts.

3. Sync and follow orders

Refresh the orders page to get pending orders. Send eligible orders to the warehouse and follow progress and exceptions.

Questions and answers

Why can’t sellers edit a forecast once it has been received?

A receipt is a warehouse operational record. Sellers can change or cancel a forecast before receipt; warehouses record the actual outcome after receipt.

Is shop authorisation available?

TikTok Shop authorisation is supported. The available shops and synced fields depend on the permissions TikTok Shop approves for the shop and application.
